Technical issues
Please update the app to the latest version. If it does not work, check your internet connection and turn off your VPN.
Close the app, switch your connection type from mobile data to Wi-Fi or vice versa, and then reopen the app.

Please check if you are looking at the data for the current month. It’s important to note that the algorithm analyzes the cycles you have entered and adjusts the forecast based on them. The more data you provide about previous cycles, the more accurate it will be.

Questions about cycle and well-being
If you have already had your first cycle, mark the dates of your last cycle with checkmarks in the calendar and click "save." The next menstruation will be highlighted in red. To ensure the app calculates the days as accurately as possible, you need to input data for three or more cycles. If you haven't had your period yet, it’s important to note that menstruation typically begins during puberty, which can occur between the ages of 9 and 16, varying for each girl. If the pain is severe and lasts for an extended period (including multiple cycles consecutively), we recommend consulting a doctor. In other cases, you can read our article on why stomach pain occurs during menstruation, where you will find useful tips.
